We have a 228ha farm in Clocolan,the beautiful eastern free state,South Africa.Currently we are a livestock farm with beef cattle,sheep,goats,geese,ostrich and also have two shade nets,one is used to produce vegetables and the other was for free range chickens until we had trouble with predator animals and suspended project.our intention is to make a self sufficient farm with multiple projects such as orchards,vegetable production,harvesting water and having fish in dams,youth training institute,polyculture of grasses for grazing and eco-lodging so that we can have a model that is proven to work and hopefully can be shared with others in South Africa and world wide.at the moment there are three guys working on the farm,myself and other family members contribute in different capacities off the farm and come over there every second week.
