Permaculturist / Gardener / Farmer / Eco-yoga teacher / Happy, shiny people
El Jordan Estate is a farm, located in the coffee region of Villa de Guaduas, Colombia, a town declared national monument , 3 hours in bus from the capital Bogotá D.C. which is starting a fascinating ecological restoration program in collaboration with the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center.
From March 25 to May 26 2012 we'll receive our first PhD researcher in order to identify key species, start collecting and planting seeds and trees, censing birds and pollinators and other things. Our goal is to change pastures into an Organic Bird Friendly Coffee plantation (a coffee plantation within a forest).
And during this time we also start our volunteer program!!! We search for happy people who want to get in touch with mother Earth,
WELCOME!!
